Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Job Summary:
The Greene School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Girls Volleyball Coach to lead our volleyball program. The coach will be responsible for developing players' skills, fostering a competitive and positive team environment, and promoting sportsmanship and teamwork. The ideal candidate has prior coaching experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for working with student-athletes.Responsibilities:
Plan and lead team practices, conditioning, and skill development sessions.
Develop and implement game strategies for both individual and team success.
Foster a culture of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes on and off the court.
Coordinate game schedules, transportation, and team communication.
Work collaboratively with school administration and athletic staff.
Ensure all safety protocols and school policies are followed.
Qualifications:
Prior coaching or playing experience at the high school, club, or collegiate level is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and develop student-athletes.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Must pass a background check.
Season Information:
Practices will be held at The Greene School Gymnasium after school.
Games will be scheduled throughout the season, with both home and away matches.
The season runs from August to October (exact dates TBD).
