    Job Summary:
    The Greene School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Girls Volleyball Coach to lead our volleyball program. The coach will be responsible for developing players' skills, fostering a competitive and positive team environment, and promoting sportsmanship and teamwork. The ideal candidate has prior coaching experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for working with student-athletes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and lead team practices, conditioning, and skill development sessions.

    • Develop and implement game strategies for both individual and team success.

    • Foster a culture of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

    • Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes on and off the court.

    • Coordinate game schedules, transportation, and team communication.

    • Work collaboratively with school administration and athletic staff.

    • Ensure all safety protocols and school policies are followed.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior coaching or playing experience at the high school, club, or collegiate level is preferred.

    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    • Ability to motivate and develop student-athletes.

    • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

    • Must pass a background check.

    Season Information:

    • Practices will be held at The Greene School Gymnasium after school.

    • Games will be scheduled throughout the season, with both home and away matches.

    • The season runs from August to October (exact dates TBD).
